Privacy policy
How Arboträd AB processes your personal data when you contact us, book a home visit or visit this website.
Data controller
Arboträd AB, organisation number 559305-8240, Nydala 1, 341 75 Hamneda. Questions about personal data are addressed to info@arbotrad.se.
When you contact us
If you submit the form on the website, e-mail or call us, we process your name, contact details, the place where the work is to be carried out and what you write in the message.
The data is used to reply to you, book the home visit, give a quotation and carry out the work. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract and performing it.
The form message is sent to our e-mail via the supplier Resend and is then stored in our e-mail.
When we carry out work
To invoice and claim the RUT deduction we process name, address, personal identity number and property details. The personal identity number is given to the Swedish Tax Agency in the application for payment.
Accounting records are kept for seven years in accordance with the Swedish Bookkeeping Act.
Other information about the job is kept for as long as it is needed for warranties and any questions, and at most three years after the work is finished.
When you visit the website
The website counts visits with a tool that neither sets cookies nor stores anything on your device.
A visitor is counted through a value formed from the incoming request and discarded within a day, and it cannot be linked to you as a person.
If we switch on measurement with Google Tag Manager, the website asks for your consent first.
No measurement script is loaded until you have said yes, and you can change your choice at any time through the Cookies link in the footer.
If you say no, the website works exactly as before.
Who receives the data
Data is only shared with suppliers we need in order to carry out the work: an e-mail provider, web host (Vercel), accounting system and the Swedish Tax Agency for the RUT deduction.
We never sell data and do not pass it on for marketing.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you and to have it corrected or erased when there is no legal requirement to keep it.
You also have the right to object to processing and to receive your data. Contact us at info@arbotrad.se.
If you are dissatisfied with how we handle your data, you can turn to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten).
Changes
The policy is updated when the processing changes. This version applies from September 2026.
